Extra Life 2014 Giveaway | Signed Copy of Dead Space 3

Posted by Michelle Quillen Wednesday, September 17, 2014
Let's face it, not all of us are fortunate or strong enough to fight off the Necromorphs in our lives. That's why I've decided to participate in this year's Extra Life gaming marathon to benefit a Children's Miracle Network Hospital for the fourth year in a row.

Play Games Heal Kids charity fundraiser gaming marathon participant

On October 25, 2014, I'll be gaming for 24 hours straight on behalf of Rady Children's Hospital San Diego, and I need your help to make it count the most. If you or someone you know is a fan of the Dead Space series, here's your chance to win an awesome collectible signed by a Visceral crew member without leaving your wallet looking like it was hit by a Line Gun.

Visceral brand ambassador Christopher Bishop (aka @llMETHUSELAHll) has generously given me a signed copy of Dead Space 3 for PS3 to encourage contributions for my cause. Donating just $5.00 to my fundraiser earns you one raffle ticket to win it. Want more details? Listen up, bud.

How to Win:

Make a $5.00 donation at Michelle's Extra Life Funding Page. Each $5.00 increment you donate gets you one (1) raffle into this random drawing.

Donations to enter this contest will be accepted until October 25, 2014 at midnight PST. Every $5.00 increment will be included as a legit raffle ticket whether you make it multiple times or all at once. Oh, and only US citizens are eligible to receive prizes.

A winner will be chosen at random and notified via e-mail if he or she has been chosen. All donations are tax deductible, and 100% of proceeds goes to benefit Rady Childrens Hospital of San Diego.

Special thanks to Christopher Bishop, Louis Gascoigne, and the Visceral Team for offering this and past donations for the sake of raising money for hospitalized children. Fanboys Anonymous is humbled and proud to have fellow members of the community step up for a great cause. If any readers would like to somehow help but can't spare the funds, simply share/Like/RT Michelle Quillen's Extra Life Participant Page to spread the word.

How many hours have you gamed the longest in succession, and was it for Extra Life? What kind of games do you think I should play to get through all 24 hours? Leave a comment to let me know and I'll definitely take any advice I can get!
