A new featurette from Sony Pictures, "Becoming Peter Parker," covers Andrew Garfield's taking on the role of the Amazing Spider-Man. As fun as it sounds from any one of us, accepting this much power and responsibility (see what I did there?) must weigh heavily on any actor making these decisions.


The featurette below is another in a series of Amazing Spider-Man 2 videos. This one focuses not just on Peter Parker but on Garfield's competence and his love for the role. Though I have a soft spot for Tobey Maguire, I think Andrew's passion for the series can still shine through. I think they missed the mark in the first film regarding Peter's personality and I hope they fix it with this outing.


Am I the only one who likes Andrew Garfield as an actor, but doesn't like his version of Peter Parker?
