Top 10 Crushes on Fall 2015 TV Season's Sexiest Men List

Posted by Unknown Saturday, October 17, 2015
Sex appeal is a huge part of human nature, there's no denying it. When Tony posted the draft to his yearly sexiest women list, I knew that, this year, we needed a list for the men as well—you know, for those of us who also appreciate some good manly eye candy. I don't claim to have an unhealthy man-crush on all of these actors, but I have been known to start watching a show strictly because I was sweet on one of the leading male characters. There are a few actors I regrettably had to leave off my list such as Jon Snow from Game of Thrones and 12 Monkeys' James Cole. This was only because their shows didn't begin until the spring season. For my current list, I based it on actor talent and looks. In no particular order, here are my top 10 actors for the fall season.

1. Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) from Supernatural

Jared Padalecki Supernatural Jensen Ackles

As this show enters its eleventh season, it's no secret that the whole world has fallen in love with the brotherly love of the Winchester brothers. Though the show doesn't focus much on romance but more on family and action, the sex appeal of Jared Padalecki, who plays Sam, and Jensen Ackles, who plays Dean, seems to seep right out of the TV screen. We all remember Jared from Gilmore Girls as that goofy boy-next-door type, but his role on Supernatural isn't innocent at all. We've gotten to see not-so-good sides of both Sam and Dean over the years, but we likey very, very much. In all, we've learned some very valuable lessons from these brothers. Most importantly, "Stay calm and yell pudding!"

2. Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) from The Walking Dead

Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) from The Walking Dead

I admit, I didn't begin watching The Walking Dead until a few months ago. In a matter of weeks, I binge watched all five seasons, completely entranced with the characters and the zombie apocalyptic world. I'd read all of the graphic novels, but each season still felt new as the producers unveiled new plot lines and—gasp—new characters. Initially, I wasn't a fan of Daryl. He was typical white-trash, annoying, and sort of gross. He needed a shower, needed to chew with his mouth closed, and needed to shave. I took to social media to announce my confusion about why every girl in the world loved Daryl. Then it happened, the show developed, and so did Daryl. All of a sudden he wasn't white-trash. He was loyal. He wasn't annoying, he was hurting. And he wasn't gross, he was so unbelievably sexy. He had everyone's back, even when he didn't want to.

3. Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) from Bones

Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) from Bones

Who didn't love David Boreanaz as Angel in Buffy The Vampire Slayer? [::crickets chirping::] I know I am not alone when I say that we all loved Angel. The character of Angel was an unobtainable love him/hate him character, so when David began playing Booth on the detective show Bones, the fandom crossed over. Who can resist a tough guy in a suit who catches bad guys? Not me! I'm also not afraid to admit I am a few seasons behind on this show, but I couldn't not include Boreanaz. He deserves a spot in all the sexy lists until the end of time.

4. Captain Hook / Killian Jones (Colin O'Donoghue) from Once Upon a Time

Captain Hook / Killian Jones (Colin O'Donoghue) from Once Upon a Time

Maybe one of the most villainous characters of all time, Colin O'Donoghue, has made us all hate Peter Pan. Why would an annoying brat of a boy want to kill someone as sexy as Hook? I've never been much for a guy in manliner, but Hook has changed my opinion on what is considered sexy. He's the guy we root for when we watch OUAT, and those sparks between him and Emma Swan never seem to smolder under his hard gaze. Just goes to show, a man doesn't have to have all his limbs to be on this list. All he has to do is speak Hooky to me, love.

5. Sebastian (Torrance Coombs) from Reign

Sebastian (Torrance Coombs) from Reign

Oh, the infamous Bastard Brother complex. Like Jon Snow, but better, because Toorance Combs doesn't have a band of White Walkers near him. Combs' character Bash is one of those guys who never seemed to have it all, unlike his king heir and legitimate brother, Francis. We cry when Bash can't have the girl he loves, and we cry when he gets her (because now we don't want them together). Ah, nothing like the sweet smell of a love triangle with two brothers. Nonetheless, Reign is a sexed-up version of the history we know about Queen Mary and Prince Francis. Even though it is all fantasy, we still like watching the pretty costumes and intricate hair designs. For those of you out there who don't like such sappy romantic fantasy stories, there is a lot of action and backstabbing as well. The show begins its third season this month, so catch up before it premieres on CW.

6. Evan Peters from American Horror Story

Evan Peters from American Horror Story

I first fell in love with Even Peters when he had his minor role on One Tree Hill, but I think he became a hit on the first season of American Horror Story as Tate.Whatever character he plays on the hit anthology series, the world falls in love with his sad eyes and dimples. He's been a murderous ghost, an asylum patient, a zombie, and a freaked-out lobster boy, but still we love him. With Jessica Lange leaving the show this season, I think this will be even more of an opportunity for Peters to step up and play more of a centralized role, because in seasons past it has felt like the producers have pushed him aside as eye candy to the main characters. I can't wait to see what his new character is like when AHS: Hotel premieres this month on FX.

7. Stefan and Damon Salvatore (Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder) from The Vampire Diaries

Stefan and Damon Salvatore (Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder) from The Vampire Diaries.

Some seasons we love them, some seasons we hate them. I just can't make up my mind about these century-old brothers. Now that the show is on its seventh season, it is safe to say that we are all growing tired of the Elena/Salvatore brothers love triangle, and we are all glad that Nina Dobrev has departed from the show. Now we get a chance to explore some real love interests with these characters. It sounds like Damon will be making, once again, his original bad boy appearance, which actually ties in well with the books because Damon was always the original villain. As for Stefan? I love him more with each passing season. His character grows from a boy in love with a girl to this vampire who will do anything for the people he cares about—especially Caroline, the girl we've been rooting for. I'm getting all the feels just thinking about it! Just watch it and decide for yourself. Do you like the good boy or bad boy brother? Let me know in a comment.

8. Roman Godfrey (Bill Skarsgård) from Hemlock Grove

Roman Godfrey (Bill Skarsgard) from Hemlock Grove:

We all know Bill's older brother Alexander from his role on True Blood, but Bill may just be the better vampire here. The thing I like best about Skarsgård's character is that we are always kept guessing. He plays Godfrey with this cold exterior, and we never really know what the hell is going on inside his head. I love all the guessing and not knowing if I can trust him or not. Hemlock Grove was a random find on Netflix this past summer, and I'm so glad I stopped to watch it. Based on a graphic novel, the show is a darker version of the normal vampire/werewolf take. It's so well done, I'm not even sure it can compare.

9. Ravi Chakrabarti (Rahul Kohli) from iZombie

Ravi Chakrabarti (Rahul Kohli) from iZombie

He's got the brains and the accent, and he plays video games in his spare time. Oh my, Ravi is my perfect dream guy. If only he didn't spend so much time with dead people. iZombie isn't your average zombie flick. It's part detective show, part science fiction, with a dash of romance, and a perfect change of pace from your normally horror-based zombie shows. Kohli plays the part well, showing wit and humor alongside co-star Rose McIver and making us all root for the hot medical examiner as he searches for a cure.

10. Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) from Arrow

I admit, while I've never watched the show, this picture is enough to get me to started. Actually, it has been on my to-watch list for quiet some time. Stephen Amell's character was the fan pick for my list. You voted for him! So many lovely ladies send me emails and messages on just how sexy Amell is, how there could be a list without him on it? The newest season just began, so I guess I better get to catching up.

Who are the top 10 men that you would put on this list? Which of Hollywood's hottest guys are the ones you've got a crush on this season? Tell us in the comments below!
