Hey, Hey, Hey Dacetacular Nation!! The Dace Man is back, and he has your first look at the James Brown bio pic entitled
Get On Up. He brought the funk and revolutionized music as we know it, breaking rules and doing his own thang. James Brown was one of the founding fathers of funk. The Godfather of Soul brought many hits throughout his career up until his dying days and was recognized by several institutions, most notably the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Songwriter's Hall of Fame. He died on Christmas Day, 2006, in Atlanta.
The bio film is set to hit theaters August 1, 2014, and stars Chadwick Boseman, David Andrew Nash, Nelsan Ellis.
